We believe that the Martial Arts is not for the purpose of fighting so we emphasize the phrase ' Learning how Not to Fight .' To help encourage this we have some voluntary memorization. The colors indicate each belts memorization. The student may recite the designated verses after they have completed the belt test of the same color. Then they will get a coordinating chevron to put on their uniform. |
